How to implement minKMEtoStay and minCoreKME #25

Hi, I would like to use minKMEtoStay=0.3 and minCoreKME=0.5 but I don't know how to do it using CoExpNets. Is it possible to do so? Thank you

Hi. These methods are from WGCNA of course you can use them if you pass the right values to the right parameters. Would like to help you with that but I did not use these methods myself before.
