This is something for the CoExpNets package so I am responsible of this issue. We need to cope with the fact that same gene will appear in annotations of genes when the networks are 10UKBEC. We have to get a correct p-value correction not distorted by the same gene counting as different genes but at the same time we should be able to indicate there are different probes of the same gene in the modjle
