This enhances the functionality of Held Item Tooltips and Hud Opacity.

Changes

new mixin mixin.client.features.hudOpacity.ItemRendererMixin
- to apply transparent for block items
update HeldItemTooltips
- add background fade-out that matches to text transparency
update HudOpacity
- prevent multiple fade-in
