World noise feature disappeared #370

I noticed that world noise feature is missing in latest version, and its removal wasn't in the changelog, if this was intentional then please bring it back, I really like that feature it makes the game feel so much nicer

Never mind it's still here but doesn't work, at least with sodium and iris, maybe one of these two cause it to not work
