Add support for the GLSL Panorama Shaders mod #7

Having an option to change the panoramas to GLSL shaders would be interesting, so I am opening this issue to see if it can be added.

Here is the mod I specified in the title: GLSL Panorama Shaders Along side the source of said mod: mod-gsls

Since this mod was basically added to vanilla at 1.20.6, I am closing this issue since the implementation Mojang did works with the mod.
