Mission Planner: Add support for H1 Swashplate Type

Michael, would you please make a few minor changes to the TradHeli setup page 
in mission planner?

Need to add a checkbox, or preferably a radio button to toggle 
heli_h1_swash_enabled on and off.  I would prefer a radio button with a heading 
of Swashplate Type where 0=CCPM and 1=H1 as that makes it most clear to the 
user what they are doing.

Also, when H1 is selected, please grey-out the Swash-Servo position indicator, 
as well as the Position column.  These settings are irrelevant with an H1 
swashplate as there is no servo mixing.  Users still need reverse and trim 
adjustment.

Oh, also, any time the state of heli_h1_swash_enabled is changed, we need to 
run heli_reset_swash().

Looks like some of the work is done.

However, the radio button for CCPM/H1 does not seem to pick up on the selected 
swashtype automatically?  It should show CCPM when swash_type=0, but it doesn't 
have either selected.  You can push CCPM button, but I'm not sure what happens. 

Also, the servo position indicator does not grey out on H1.  If this is not 
possible, just let me know.
