CH6 tuning values not retained, messes up other values too

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.In MP v1.1.47, APM2, Config Tab, set CH6 Option to Stabilize_KP (or any value)
2.Set 1st option (low) and second option (high) below, Click Write Params
3.Click Refresh Params

Expect to see all params unchanged except Tune_Low & Tune_High.
Tune_Low & Tune_High return to 0, Stabilize Roll_P and Pitch_P change to 0. 

MP v1.1.47, Win 7, APM2
