Update from MP 1.1.47 to 1.1.49 enters infinite loop.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. MP 1.1.47, check for updates in the Help tab.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

MP checks for updates, downloads the new stuff and then runs it.

Instead, when the new stuff (1.1.49) starts running it pops up the box saying a 
new version is available. If I push 'yes' it restarts, the new version 
available box appears again. I have to push 'no' to break the loop.

Once I responded 'no' MP1.1.49 started running.

Subsequent closing and restarting 1.1.49 didn't pop up the new version box.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
XP
MP as described above.

1.1.48 to 1.1.49 on my Vista laptop didn't loop.
