PWM servo output on APM2 is noisy

Feature that you'd like us to add or change you'd like us to make:

I have massive problems with my servo output on my APM2.
Servo is connected on Out1, Servo on Out2 is much better but also not 100% 
acurate. When I change Servo 1 and 2, then it`s on Servo 2, so it really seems 
to be an inacurate PWM out.

I used fast digital Servos, DS3288 in this case. But the problem also exists on 
lower speed digital Servos!

Also I found that at least in the manual mode, Servo out 1 and 2 will not move 
really at the same time, there is a delay between them...

Would be really great if we can get a solution on this, otherwise I can not use 
APM2 on that plane, and it was built for it...

Firmware was 2.33... Newest available at the moment.
PPM or normal PWM input makes no difference...

OK, sorry, after three days now i found the problem, it was not related to the 
APM2 as i tought it was, sorry for that false alarm...
Now it works just perfect, could manage to do a flight this evening, amazing...
