Add Graupner HoTT telemetry support #656

It would be great if this project added support for telemetry via the back 
channel built info Graupner HoTT transmitters.

Take a look at http://code.google.com/p/hott-for-ardupilot . It currently 
tested with ArduCopter but it should works with ArduPilot also.
