APM Mission Planner - Configuration --> "Arduplane Level" does not work on Arduplane 2.40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open APM Mission Planner.
2.Connect, go to Configuration Tab. 
3.Arduplane Level --> Level

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Arduplane must saves the accel offsets for a quick future start up. Instead of 
last, APM Mission Planner says:

"Failed to level: AP 2.32+ is required"

Check or uncheck "Manual level" option makes no difference

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APM Mission Planner 1.1.92 (Mav 1.0 exe)
Arduplane 2.40 Beta & 2.40 both with MAVLINK 1.0
Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Please provide any additional information below.

With Arduplane 2.34 it seems to work.

But leveling happens. It is only wrong message on Planner.

Also verified with MP 1.1.93 Mav1.0 and ArduPlane 2.40

I'm seeing the same issue, however it seems to be causing my APM1 to 
crash/reboot when I click on the level button and get the incorrect version 
error. It worked fine prior to the v2.40 upgrade.
