Never mind. I had the old version open. I didn't realize that the old version
was still on the computer after the new version is installed.

I updated to the new version of the mission planner but still showed I have
Mavlink .9? How do update to the new version 1.0 of Mavlink?

@rchelivi... - It is installed. Run C:\Program Files(x86)\APM
Planner\ArdupilotMegaPlanner10.exe.
Both versions of MavLink remain installed, and your desktop icon/default
program is mav 0.9, because not all projects have moved to mav 1.0
