Old mission planner is running after manually checking for updates

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run 'ArdupilotMegaPlanner10.exe'
2. Click Help 
3. Click Check for Updates, leave 'show console window (restart)' checked

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After update the application will restart with Mavlink 0.9 application 
(ArdupilotMegaPlanner.exe) instead of Mavlink 1.0 application 
(ArdupilotMegaPlanner10.exe)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mission Planner 1.1.92 mav 1.0

Issue duplicated on Mission Planner 1.1.93 mav 1.0. 
Running updates closes, then respawns to Mission Planner 1.1.92 mav 0.9.
