Can't get to command line mode via 3dr radio #673

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to APM via 3dr radio at 57600
2. Get to Terminal tab in Mission Planner
3. Hit Enter 3 times

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
Get to command line mode

Actual:
Mission planner get stuck

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
APM 2.0, 2.40
Mission Planner 1.1.94
3DR Radio hardware 1.2, firmware 1.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Doesn't work with 3DR radio terminal & Putty too.
Mavlink communication works well.
"+++" works well in 3DR radio terminal

the console doesnt work from the radio link, usb only
