NOT COM PORT AND NOT USB RECOGNIZED #675

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.To connect usb cable to PC
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All LED blink normally, but not COM port appear.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, APM2, Planner 1.1.92, Mav 1.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Just in moment to connect to PC, a new version is updating with a error (I 
don't remember the error), when the updating is finished, no possible to 
connect with USB.
