It would be nice to have the ability to select either UART0 or UART2 from the 
mission planner for telemetry.

If I cut the jumpers on the bottom of the APM to set the telemetry to use the 
UART2 port, how do I tell the software running on the APM to use UART2 to match 
the hardware changes?
