Translate FFMPEG error codes into understandable values #84

Several people have asked what the negative values returned by Xuggler
methods actually mean;  they'd like to be able to do useful things with them.

Unfortunately the values returned are os and protocol dependent, and can
change... very silly really.

Still, we should provide some OS-independent way of figuring out what's up.
