BufferedImage conversion utils appear to be broken with new ByteBuffer code #87

But only one some machines (like build.xuggle.com and labmouse's machine),
not on my build machine.

This is either due to the IBuffer re-org I did this weekend, or a change in
ffmpeg;

Turns out it was a big change in ffmpeg; they changed the ABI on enum 
PixelFormat in
unexpected ways.  This forces us to move to Xuggler 2.0.

Fixed in r263.
