xuggle MSVC compatible libraries. #88

It would be very useful to integrate xuggle libraries in Microsoft Visual 
Studio C++ projects, as far as I know many of windows softwares and 
libraries are built by MSVC.

Hi Marcel,

We discussed this internally, and it's not on our roadmap.  This is really 
difficult
and most users are in Java today so our focus remains there.

That said, patches are welcome, and would be happy to give guidance if needed.

Keeping open but marking low for now.

Just to close this out; We've elected to discontinue support for the C++ API at 
this
point in time.  While we may switch to MSVC-generated C++ libraries in the 
future,
that'll be a different product.
