Hi everyone, I am a new comer.I learn about that the CPU of D-link dir 600 is
Ralink ,same as RT-N56u, and OpenWrt is supported on that device.

I saw 3rd firmware here for RT-N56u, I am ready to flash my router

Here are some questions:

1: The firmware got GUI? like DD-WRT? or just command line?

2: Compared with the Original firmware of ASUS ,which is better?

3: Anyone has tried to install openwrt firmware on RT-N56u?

Thanks for anyone who give answers

1: with GUI ,but not like DD-WRT

2: Firmware of ASUS is more stable, I think

3: You need to compile the firmware before you can use it on RT-N56u

Sorry, I haven't understood this phrase: "I saw 3rd firmware here for RT-N56u,
I am ready to flash my router". Could you please explain...

1) This firmware expands the original one. So, it has GUI like the original one.
2) Surely the original Asus firmware is better than this one, that's why we all
discussing it here ))))
3) There is no OpenWRT support for RT-N56U at the moment =( . But I've seen
some work is being done. You can google for results.
