What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. when I start use hdd for movies from my popcorn A220

Yes, it is.
What is the filesystem type of disk? Have you tried to use another USB port?

i've seen that error already :) its similar for me.
http://code.google.com/p/rt-n56u/issues/detail?id=93#c11
but in my case i was using 2 USB devices and they act the same way...

i cant remember what i did, but if u r sure that your HDD is ok, try 
soulblader's solution - plug ur hdd to diffirent usb-port(i use now upper one, 
as u see on attached picture, with no problems)

So, my disk system is NTFS, the disk is almost new Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex 
2TB. Today I'l try to change the port, will see if it's help. Aniway, thank you 
for your help!
