Home page (and index.asp) comes up blank

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Try to navigate to Network Map (http://192.168.1.1/index.asp) 
2. The page comes up blank
3. Restarting the router fixes the problem

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see the page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 using latest firmware
RT-N56U_1.0.1.8d-p3 (Also happens with RT-N56U_1.0.1.8d-p1)

Please provide any additional information below.

Correction - Restarting the router does not fix this problem.
I viewed the page source and it looks ok.

I have the same issue firmware v. 3.0.3.0-026 . Can't access router web gui 
through my laptop but can access through my phone browser and desktop pc. Very 
strange.
