cannot access vpn acl file #173

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  -sh: cd: can't cd to chap-secrets
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
can't access directory to edit file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest firmware 1.0.1.8d-p3

Hi, chap-secrets is the text file, you can't cd to it.
I'm creating wiki on VPN. Probably it will be posted today

/opt/home/admin# ls -la  /etc/storage/chap-secrets
-rw-------    1 ***user***    ***user***          155 Mar 15 11:32 
/etc/storage/chap-secrets

On my 1.0.1.8d-p3 /etc/storage/chap-secrets is OK...
