HW NAT runs out of slots #177

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Torrent downloads fill all slots, will not release until restart
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect router to relase idle slots - instead it fills all, and you can hardly 
get into webif

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 1.0.1.8d-p3
