Package `Debug` not maintained? #2

Original code uses package Debug for debugging.

Current standard seems to be package Gallium.

CausalMixtures.jl no longer imports Debug 1c48ac7ba67fd6c7e4d4d950b4f93a96fe5c5e22

An alternative debugger option may be Rebugger https://github.com/timholy/Rebugger.jl
