Integrate STS Dataset #17

The dataset should be added with batch generation and loaders, so its access respects the same interface as MNIST. Make sure to include the posibility to generate pairs, triplets or clusters.

The STS dataset is already integrated into the project in the branch sts-dataset. I'm closing this issue but I'm not merging to master yet, until a basic training of the STS model can be made
