Fix link to reproducibility section #191

It does not for me :/

The one in the README header does work (and it uses #-reproducibility, not #reproducibility)

Maybe an issue with my browser :)

Ah wait I was checking the wrong link. I see what you mean, it doesn't work indeed 👍🏻
