2 proxy connections are enabled always and ticked

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Configure 2 proxy rules
2.By i see both the rules are always enables
3. I could not disable one of them

What is the expected output?

What do you see instead?

Operating system:
All | Windows | Mac | Linux

Error Log:
copy it from "chrome-
extension://caehdcpeofiiigpdhbabniblemipncjj/console.html"
