What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. logging into facebook
2. selecting user
3. selecting all albums
4. selecting destination folder
5. clicking download

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
program seems to stall and crashes. following error log:
ERROR:root:problem in download thread
Traceback (most recent call last):

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r99, windows 7
