Cannot login: "[Errno 8] _ssl.c:504: EOF occured in violation of protocol"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Windows 8/Google Chrome
2. Follow the steps to generate code
3. Enter into Photograbber and click 'Next'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should progress to Select Targets, instead I just see an error message

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I think the latest version?
