Fixes for forthcoming quanteda v3 #9

These fixes ensure compatibility with the forthcoming quanteda v3, but also work with 2.1.2.

Main change is that textstat_keyness() is moved to a new package quanteda.textstats and will be removed from quanteda v3.

Many thanks for this very comprehensive PR ! And many thanks for your work on quanteda, it is such a useful and well designed package, with a great documentation, and it is so valuable to have it for textual analysis in the R ecosystem !
