Create vignettes and add pkgdown website #17

Just to remember to add vignettes and build a pkgdown companion website, maybe with CI ?

I thought there could have been two vignettes, one on general usage, and another on usage with Shiny.

First version of introduction vignette and draft of shiny one written, and pkgdown deployed.

Still some work to do but closing this for now.
