Revert back to ZooKeeper 3.4.6 #45

ZooKeeper 3.4.7 has been cancelled.

we will have an RC within the next couple of weeks

Maybe we should revert back to 3.4.6 so far? Refs #43

Note: the critical bug in 3.4.7 is a deadlock of ZooKeeper server, not C client, so I believe it does not affect users who already installed Jubatus with 3.4.7. https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZOOKEEPER-2347
