recommender: forget old record in datum #398

i guess, in the recommendation, it is important to erase the old record and keep the information as close to the user's current trend as possible.

Therefore, when the length of Datum reaches a certain number or more, I want to erase from old data. (If it expire on the basis of time, it seems that the number of cases is good because it becomes completely cold start when the dormant user comes back up. )

please add this feature in jubatus 🙏
