Would it be worth changing this to be https? i.e.

https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-release/raw-file/default/security/nss/lib/ckfw/builtins/certdata.txt

I can update the link, but the whole cacert.pem file is directly copied from this upstream source: http://curl.haxx.se/docs/caextract.html

So it would be best to have it changed to https in their original.
