Version 3.2.0 in Composer #198

Noticed today that the latest version (3.2.0-dev) doesn't seem to be available in Composer repositories - because our Composer-installed version wasn't calling the 'publisher' endpoint for embedding a user timeline, and failing. Any plans to get that updated?

@GreenFootballs Development (dev) versions are not in composer. 3.2.0 will be out soon and available in Composer by then. :)
