v2 Update ? #221

Just to know if you are planning to upgrade the code for the v2 of twitter-ads-api (as the v1 is going to be deprecated on 2017-01-10).

@rodrigofirpo The Ads API methods will be updated in Codebird 4.0.0-beta.2.

We need to support Ads API 4.0 and remove anything for v0, 1 and 2.
