Codebird not working at all #251

Does anyone have any information on this outage? It's been going on for several weeks now.

@mistafi Are you using the JS or the PHP version?

Actually I’m using php 7.3. As for your request to write a test for parsing a multi-dimensional array… Is that for the php or JS? I ask since the Codebird 4.0.0 beta seems to be working fine on that. Or at least working fine for the direct_messages/events/new function. So which are we talking about here?
