Create custom image #1

A new custom image should be created to replace core-image-base with the specific configuration.

Currently on development. Layer meta-rpi-adaptation and rpi-image created and under tests (ensuring correct configurations, right packages are compiled and artifacts installed in the root file system, and no bugs are found.
