Build is still failing after adding gradle properties file with the message:

A problem occurred configuring root project 'CleanCodeMethodRearranger'.
> Failed to notify project evaluation listener.
   > org/gradle/api/publish/ivy/internal/artifact/DefaultIvyArtifact
