git install scripts doesn't isntall all necessary ros packages #1

ros-kinetic-ackermann-msgs wasn't after running the install script

ros-kinetic-serial also wasn't installed

The script needs to be updated for melodic. gmapping hasn't been released for melodic so this needs to be added to the repo.

All of these were addressed and the script was changed
