Release needed for GHC 9.6.1 #175

We will need a Hackage release to accommodate GHC 9.6.1 sometime in the next couple of weeks.

Apologies for the late notice; I had thought that the changes only required a revision but this turns out not to be the case due to ce38e3fc9ed32d58d4cbfcf4780732dde58a72df.

Haskeline 0.8.2.1 has been released.
