labs beta: vue.js isn't working: grafik

vue-loop should generate input-fields -> those are missing

vue.js isn't complete, code snippets went missing with commit 042493cfe9768472fec82bafffd44dfb8c364e04 on beta

HCaptcha does not work on localhost, unless you have an API key. It needs to be in the settings. But it works on the server.
