Fix icon alignment on treeviews, and stability with keyring/expense #22

I made the icons get aligned on the tree views. I think that was the issue you were talking about.

I also noticed the keyring and expense plugins would seg fault. This should fix that issue.

I also noticed on a clean install, it wasn't picking jpilotcss.default as the default theme in the preferences, so I fixed that as well.
