I noticed that if you had a ~/.jpilot/jpilot.rc file that had
the jpilotrc jpilotrc.someStyle in it,
you would get a blank drop down in the prefs menu.
I updated this to set the default value to jpilotcss.default.
I also updated it to attempt to convert the jpilotrc jpilotrc.someStyle line
to use jpilotcss jpilotcss.someStyle instead if it was using one of the built in styles,
otherwise just use the default style.
