Failed to buld the docker file because of versionGLIBC_2.29' not found `.

I modified the dockerfile and try to build everything with the MOST up-to-date packages, so, for haskell, the NEWEST update is of version 9.6.2 .

I believe this is an haskell issue, right? I think I can just ignore haskell for now ???
