Maybe before putting out a new release, this might be useful too: it's a single line modification to the dummy app to make it work under rails 4 (as well as rails 3), and rails 4 was added to appraisals.

I tried excluding the rails 4 / ruby 1.9.2 combination from the travis configuration but it doesn't work, I don't know why...

Great stuff, thank you! I figured out why the Travis config wasn't working, there was a stray hyphen (see c43850e2).
