Support annotate_rendered_view_with_filenames #134

An alternative patch for https://github.com/judofyr/temple/pull/133. Note that, with this patch, temple users need to use :Ambles in the engine to let Temple::Templates::Rails support the behavior.

FYI I'm not an owner of https://rubygems.org/gems/temple, so I cannot push it.

FYI, I became an owner of temple.gem and released it as v0.9.0.
