Robot mining operating on a strange interval.

Since the recent update allowing uranium mining I have noticed that all the robot mining ports send bots out in large batches and then waits about 13-15 seconds after all the bots have returned to the mining site before sending them out again. This has lead to them becoming very slow to the point of being outdone by a single normal mining drill in some cases. What would have taken them a couple hours now can take easily a day or more.

I am having this same issue on my multiplayer server. It just started happening after the latest update of Factorio
