Crash running 18.31 and Krastorio 2 #25

I had placed a mining site by robot and it didn't display correctly and wouldn't accept robots. When I went to mine it, it caused a nonrecoverable error.

Bluebuild may also be involved, but if I place mining sites manually there are no issues.
